  2. Well, if the same problem coiuentns under new prosecutor Bernstein then that would be a pretty clear signal that the problem wasn’t so much the local state attorney, but rather the local police force not respecting the Constitution. It is only the attorney’s job to trust police when they are telling the truth. When the police force has an honesty problem, it becomes the attorney’s job to distrust police. This was basically the problem in the OJ Simpson case. Distrust of the LAPD in that community was so high that the jury was (correctly) unable to take the police at their word, even though we know from things that happened outside of the trial that the police were telling the truth about the double murder. The attorneys were put in an impossible position by a widespread pattern of police dishonesty.

  3. I am very curious as to where this wrteir learned to write. This writing is very impressive and gripping. I hope this wrteir post more informative articles much like this one. They are utterly fantastic.

  4. I would take a draw against the Chavs toormrow. Sadly, I think that we are going to lose. Many people in the media seem to think that we have made a great recovery and we can get something out of toormrow’s game, but if you look at our recent victories then you have to ask: who have we beaten? The only really tough match we’ve had recently was against Spuds we lost. And even in the games that we won against shit sides like Stoke and Bolton our defending has been dodgey. It won’t hold out against Chelsea. 1 2

  5. Roger any chance that you’ll be puitntg your coverage into a video and making available for the masses? I watched your video’s multiple times and sent the link out to a bunch of my friends some great coverage. Really nice to have for those of us who couldn’t make the trip. Thanks Sean Gettmann

  6. Wow, you mean a country that is cleoletmpy obsessed with soccer and cares absolutely nothing about American Football doesnt know the players on an NFL team that hasnt been a contender in about 20 years. Groundbreaking stuff here, really, GREAT JOB!!!!!

  7. During your Reserve service you have aucrced active duty time ( Basic Training/AIT, drills, and deployments). It is this time that will be applied towards both your Time in Service(TIS) and toward your retirement. As an example, if you accrue 2 yrs and 3 mo, then you will have to serve 17 yrs and 7 mo to earn your retirement.

  8. Hi GuysJust found you on You Tube and I’m about to have a bash at a website deisgn and whilst I have CS4, it is all new to me. The flash handwriting is interesting to me cos’ I can think of exactly an application for that on my new site. I wondered if sound can accompany the flash such as the squeak of the marker pen or if I did a letter at a time I could use the noise of a stamp hitting the page. How might i do this?ThanksGraham.

  9. I want to express my apotacieripn to the writer just for bailing me out of this circumstance. Because of checking through the online world and coming across principles which are not beneficial, I assumed my life was gone. Existing minus the strategies to the issues you’ve sorted out by way of the review is a critical case, and those which might have badly affected my entire career if I hadn’t come across your web page. Your personal knowledge and kindness in taking care of almost everything was priceless. I am not sure what I would have done if I hadn’t come across such a solution like this. I can at this time look forward to my future. Thanks a lot so much for the skilled and sensible guide. I will not be reluctant to suggest your web sites to any individual who should get direction about this area.

  10. mY bLUE All is Well! All is well mates, so far. Things are going incredibly good since feb. We got toerrs. Manure drop points. Diaby, the angry young man, put up a very good performance. I am able to sell my old car and I moved to California from Florida . all is well. Coming on to the match, living in Pacific time is something i would not cherish for watching EPL. Luckily for me its an 8:00 am kick off here and I would be hoping to watch this game without sacrificing my usual saturday late nights, you know! I just want to win this game, to make it sweeter. I would not worry too much on the formation or whom we are playing. for the poll’s sake I did not select Essien starting spot and I would like to give the place to Anelka only because of this incredible show he put up last match. Carlo has tricks up his sleeve and he surprised everyone by playing anelka at the tip of his beloved diamond. Its hard to believe the changes that happen so quickly when players like toerrs comes in. Malouda is no longer a sure starter given his form last season, isn,t that a token of competency’s in the squad? DD might get the nod ahead of toerrs even though the last game he played is not that great for him. He is the best person I like in this squad after Lampsy, its hard to agree with time or facts that he is getting old or might be going to RM at the end of this season. I hope he goes on for another 5 years. We dont have a real threat in Lpool, but this guy Suarez might start in the match. You know this Uruguay guys, they wont give up. He is in the mold of Tevez who is a gritty fighter. I just hope we cool this dude off and we can happily bag 3 points. Thanks to the thigh injury of Carroll. I would still give Mikel a starting berth. He is very good at CDM, lasts game goal is just one off for him. It would boost his confidence tremendously if he can keep Stevie quiet. Rambo takes the other spot on the right in the diamond, his natural position to set up more attacking plays. Its a gamble to let off Essien, but I somehow feel this is the best attacking threats we can provide. 53

  11. heyloo heyloo ppl!!gr8 match aamizng display by the lads ..loved it!! sux they did nt shw the game here in india but i caught the second half online and man tht deco goal is something i cannot get enuff off!! loved hw we dominated and m glad ancellotti isnt rigid in his approach and makes use of his squad ..this was more of a rough diamond than a polished one (in shape :p) i say so cos i thought it was more 4-1-2-2-1 with kalou playin in the same line as deco up front!! neways we played awesome and here goes steve bruce It was arguably one of the best Chelsea performances I have seen in a long time and sometimes you have to hold your hands up and say well played.’ AWESOME!!well on transfer news im happy we signed matic well dnt knw much abt him but he calls himself a solid midfielder !!im stonewalled tht we cannot get a big signing because it is crucial tht we do .i knw u fellows may hate me for saying this but our midfield is old!! :( we need youth 1 striker (aguero hulk pato pazzini vucinic) and 1 CAM ( hamsik sniejder rakitic de rossi) anyone would do most of them are players we have been linked with!well i have faith in our management and am a big fan of roman!! (father fr the SIXTH time) lolso im sure they must think ahead and get someone before the transfer window shuts!!hope for the best and enjoi the win tc guys!! BC u rock!! KTBFFH! 12

  12. When I go I wear spandex/leggings with a stpors bra underneath a t-shirt that fits me, but isn’t tight. You don’t want anything too loose on any part of your body because it will just get in the way. Also, and this might sounds gross, but I don’t wear panties because the first few times I did I found them to become uncomfortable with all the sweating/movement. Be sure to wear deodorant and drink lots and lots of water before hand too! Also, don’t worry about your body while you are in there. You are going to see people of all shapes and sizes wearing all kinds of things in there. Also, try not to giggle when people around you fart becuase it is going to happen and you are going to want to start cracking up.

  13. The best international teams are btteer than the best club teams but the smaller club teams are btteer than the smaller international teams like Spain would beat Real Madrid but Aston Villa would beat Belgium

  14. Hi. this is kind of an -unconventional- question , but have other voistirs asked you how get the menu bar to look like you have got it? I also have a blog and am actually looking to alter around the theme, nevertheless am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I’m extremely new to all of this so i am just not positive precisely the way to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time.

  15. eh sabay i will not go to watch cos i’m in china now how can i do ? but i will cheek the result and also i wish you caiabdmon team you can beat laos don’t let them beat you anymore na you must beat them , cheer cheer cambodia 4 laos 1

  16. As with all new kits, I will adjust to it. The one we’ve had for the past two years was beettr than the centenary one. The two things I dislike about it is that:a. The stripes don’t go all the way down the sleeve like they did on the old ones, which makes the end stick out more.b. The yellow at the end of the sleeves should be white for balance. The yellow is covered in the collar and the badge. It will be fine. :) 15

  18. Chelsea have to be the front runner becsuae of their spending to acquire players like Michael Ballack and Andriy Shevchenko in the off-season. These players are match winners on their own. Roman Abramovich has truly turned Chelsea into a world class team. I think they will definitely be tough to beat. Plus they must have revenge on their minds after their defeat to Barcelona last season. Second choice Real MadridThird choice Barcelona

  19. The dates of our games are as follows.First game: Tuesday 13 September: Bare7a MilanSecond game: Wednesday 28 September: BATE Borisov Bare7aThird game: Wednesday 19 October Bare7a- Viktoria Plzen .Fourth game: Tuesday 1 November: Viktoria Plzen Bare7a.Fifth game: Wednesday 23 November: Milan Bare7a.Sixth game: Tuesday 6 December: Bare7a BATE Borisov

  20. I completely agree with this! I think the easesit way to do seating is to take an afternoon and some popcorn and wine (if that’s your thing!) and churn it out. As much as your wedding is about you, it’s also about the fact that your guests have travelled from near and far to be with you on this day, and you want to make sure it’s a comfortable situation for them as well.

  21. Obviously Robin Van Persie is the best. Out of those two, definitely Drogba. Torres is so ovraeetrd, he has been really bad (like bottom table bad) for the past two years and that’s way too long to just be a bad patch of form.

  22. TD Ocho Hines was great to us last year I think Obinna is even better.1-1-8 Silva is gtiteng into good form and has good fixtures after Chelsea in the short term but like Adam Johnson is a major rotation threat and for 8.5M isn’t worth it for the LONG TERM with the likes of Arteta, Ashley Young, and Nani in that price range.

  23. Well, it’ll be enitrely down to Romeu but you can be CERTAIN if Chelsea want to keep him they will priosme him way better wages than Barca will because the guy’s more important to Chelsea right now than to Barcelona. He would, imho, be crazy to go to the Camp Nou at the present time too-where is his first team chance likely to come from in the next three years or so? He’s already made our first team but when would he expect to oust Busquets, Mascherano or, as he has had to play there at times, Fabregas? To me the formation that Barca play won’t be changed to accommodate Oriol and going back wouuld mean risking stalling a great career and don’t forget that he knows all this, isn’t daft and will have, at the back of his mind, the fact that Chelsea actually believed enough to play him NOW so why everyone just assumes Barca can pluck him any time they wish and he’d automatically agree is beyond me.Sure, if he really loves Barca he wil likely go back but, and this isn’t the Chelsea fan talking in me, if he wants to progress his career RIGHT now and maximise his potential as fast as possible while earning what he merits he’ll stay with us. the buy back only means Chelsea have to accept those figures for the boy and nothing can make him go back if he wants to stay even if Chelsea have to say he can.Barca are an amazing club in many, m,any ways but it doesn’t always make them the right choice for EVERY player, does it? He’s in our side and won;t be in theirs-to me that would mean a ton because Chelsea is NOT slumming it, is it?

  24. Undeniably imagine that that you sttaed. Your favourite justification appeared to be on the net the simplest thing to take note of. I say to you, I definitely get irked whilst people think about worries that they plainly don’t recognize about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the highest as smartly as outlined out the entire thing without having side effect , other people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks

  25. noooooooo… thats the day after I leave =[ boo. Oh well, c’est la vie. I’ve past by that mural so many times since I got here. Turns out staying at the other end of Holyrood park means easy acecss to everywhere.Anywho, I hope you get to see the show, it sounds like it should be fantastic! by the way, you live in an absolutely beautiful city (and I don’t mind the rain either).

  26. , I am a fan of any sports speatccle and this was a speatccle. To be honest the game wasn’t the best the football was a bit stunted and stoccato and other than the two keeper’s respective saves and Terry’s phenomenal reflex header to deny Giggs, moments of greatness where few and far between. This I will say these are two very good, very passionate teams that were clearly closely matched on the neutral Russian turf. I believe Man U could’ve taken the game away early on the momentum created in the latter parts of the first half and then Chelsea had the terrible misfortune of hitting the woodwork twice. I thought the ref did a better than average job.I can only say I feel for Terry. Once a game gets that far down the line you start to feel in your gut that the conclusion will cause excruciating disappointment for someone this was unfortunately not his moment, but there will be more

  27. It’s nearly imlopsibse to measure intensity as it’s an effort stat. I would think that distance covered by the forwards as well as ZM’s positional map could give a better sense of what the article is trying to point out.As far as my Blues, folks are right about it not really suiting Terry. Not only does it put him at a disadvantage due to pace but it also encourages split second decisions which JT has been know to lapse at. Luiz is simply not disciplined enough to trust in the backline. I would be in favor of transitioning him into Mikel’s role as he’s much better on the ball, has better pace (see UCL match vs Inter when Milito outpaced him), has a ball-winning mentality, and is full-out 100% effort.Personally I love the tactical & mental changes being brought out by AVB. It was a little painful early on but the squad keeps improving despite the bookings piling up.

  28. we cant complain too much. i was ceiratn uefa was gonna smash us with ac and $ity, so got half of it. but our group is more than manageable. ac is tough but their defense isnt too great and they will be worried playing us. we can make zlatans life a bit tough as well which makes me happy

  29. :Carlo didn’t suck Torres’ abilities. Consider this. Here’s a bloke hugnry for success, renowned for his goal scoring abilities and desperate to make this a success. Granted, he should have played better but I’d say it loud and clear that Carlo made no efforts to help Torres succeed – apart from randomly starting him and subbing (more like snubbing) him. There was no chemistry among the players. There was no change in the way we played. There was no effort to get the best out of Torres’ abilities. This is a bizarre analysis devoid of any factual foundation.Would you like to tally the different combinations of players Ancelotti put around Torres, or should I? He tried everything to get him going short of putting a firecracker up his arse. The problem wasn’t entirely the surrounding cast, although we know that Chelsea’s midfield was a weak spot this season. The problem is that Fernando Torres was slow, not sharp and apparently lacked the killer instincts that served him so well at Liverpool and Atletico Madrid.I think the play that sums up his season happened in the next-to-last game of the season, against Newcastle United. Ashley Cole made a great run down the left side. He slotted a perfect pass to the near post. It’s the kind of pass that young Javier Hernandez, full of hunger and ambition, feasted on with ManU this season. Where was Torres? Loafing at the top of the box. He never even attempted to make a run. So the fantastic pass went to waste. That one play perfectly illustrates his lack of focus, desire and passion. I agree completely that Torres is young enough to rebound. I earnestly hope that having just played two full seasons and a summer without break except for injuries, that’s he’s just burned out. And that a few weeks off will restore his appetite. But if the rest doesn’t cure his head and his heart, then the analogies to Shevchenko are inevitable and appropriate. This has nothing to do with his manager, whoever that may happen to be. 51

  30. (Here’s what I would have written had I rievceed BC’s chat message!)Three months ago this would have been a draw. At best.Three months ago Terry would have headed over the bar. Three months ago Kalou wouldn’t have gotten the penalty decision. Three months ago Lampard wouldn’t have been on the pitch. Three months ago, with the bad moment in full bloom, there’s no way Chelsea would have won this game. Playing poorly, playing on the road, playing on a bad pitch on a Monday night? Chelsea would have staggered to a disappointing result. But this is a new day. Invigorated by the addition of one of the best fullbacks in the world and one of the best strikers in the world; invigorated by a newly healthy Zhirkov; invigorated by a manager who can suddenly rotate his squad and invigorated by a win over Manchester United, the Chelsea team of March scored three goals while playing far below their best.True, Blackpool was missing their most talented player, Charlie Adam. But then again, a350 million man Fernando Torres might as well have been missing too. Once again he went scoreless. Perhaps the murmurs are starting about him being a dud. But Carlo Ancelotti isn’t having any of it. Typically, he stood by his player: I am happy as he is working hard, supporting the team defensively and he has very good behaviour on the pitch.’Nor is Ancelotti having anything to do with title talk. Chelsea trail by 9 points and have a game in hand, plus a second head-to-head at Old Trafford. But clearly Carlo thinks this squad performs better when less is expected of them. He’d rather keep expectations low in the league. (Doing so probably serves him better too.) Now we have nine points and another game (in hand) against Birmingham but it is too far to think we can come back in to fight for the title. To take it game by game is easier for us. Who played well? I suppose Kalou, because the game changed when he came on for a wasteful and sluggish Drogba. As has become his wont, Kalou created with his pace and touch even while squandering his own scoring opportunities. But it was his run that drew a penalty,. And it was his beautiful pass which slipped Frank Lampard into position to score his fourth goal in as many matches. It’s hard to find heroes any where else, though. Blackpool took over the match for long stretches. Cech almost let a goal in when he reacted poorly to a speculative Jason Puncheon shot in the 33rd minute. Zhirkov, so dangerous against ManU, was back to his inconsistent self. Even David Luiz had some shaky moments. And yet Chelsea walked away with a comfortable win. Good teams win when playing poorly. Three months ago, Chelsea wasn’t a good team. But things are different now. Perhaps more than any other, this win sends the message that the bad moment is over. It’s been a long time since Chelsea won a match this comfortably while playing this poorly. It’s a good sign. 9

  31. I’ll take Chelsea over Man U, but that’s mostly beusace of my ginormous mancrush on Drogba. And Essien, too, when he plays. For the record, though, Liverpool FTW! (as far as EPL is concerned)

  32. , we need to start adapting to pass the ball fatser. all passes were dead slow, in that time the opponents havin enough time to get back and regroup the defense .and stop hatin on anelka ppl, even if he didnt score or didnt play well he did a decent job. his style dont suite this kind of game. and we didnt create to much for him.I think all this heavy minutes lamps are dotchin on the pitch are starting to wear him out. he wasnt to sharp in the end of the game. Ballack should have got more then 10 min. specially since he havent played in a long time. BUT again he should have atleast hit the target at the end.Joe Cole did ok, it was his first game.I would say my MOTM is Jose B. he was awesome in the first half. he didnt get much space to operate in the second half, but clearly he was one of our better player to day.I think Ivanovic starting to settle down wit the team pretty well. he had a decent game. ashely was ashely.kalou and malouda I cant really stand these to lads. I just cant. I wonder if we can ship them to zenit plus sum cash for Arshavijn?? am down wit that trade loloverall I miss the fighting spirit in our team. As a team we kinda play soft (not you JT).We gotta wanted more. shit newcastle played their hearts out, like it was their last game ever. all this fuzz about 97, ARE U KIDDIN ME LFS??????? NO way in hell wb4ll reach that. not cause we aint that great. I consider us to be great-in a making, but the league is better now, alot of teams se the BIG 3 are beatable and they have a different swagger when they face us all. I wanna se ballack ahead of deco, I think deco is playin just cause of his name. no one can actually say he been good lately. I know what He can do but dang he aint lifting the team. I wonder if LFS gonna play DD in the CL? he should he is available right. we need him just to have a diff option, when things dont work out. TSO is a winner and he carried that to the players. now coach lfs need to do that as well. OT, its sad what arsenal are goin through right now. but am looking forward to beat them next week. but its nothing to laught about others mishap. lets take care of OUR business and win the PL and CL. /go blue 19
